As part of the Black History Month celebrations at the United States Embassy in London, we were invited to present the title song from I Dream, our musical-drama, woven around the life and times of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. – our first live’ performance in the UK and Europe, which was rapturously received by the audience of select embassy guests.

It was beautifully sung by Broadway star Quentin Earl Darrington (who most recently played Joe, father of Michael Jackson in the Broadway production of “MJ”), accompanied by a string quartet from the acclaimed Chineke! Orchestra with Konya Kanneh-Mason (sister of cellist Sheku and pianist, Isata) on piano.
