DEJ MAHONEY

Dej is a founding director of All Our Business Ltd (AOB). Through AOB's activities in event production, Dej also became a founding director of World Freerun Ents, the company which stages the live and multimedia World Freerun Championships in an iconic city location. His latest major project is his role as a producer of the new musical drama, I DREAM, based on the life of Martin Luther King Jr., which was unveiled at its World Premiere in Atlanta, Georgia, USA during July 2010.

During his earlier, thirteen-year career at Sony Music UK, Dej was VP of Business Affairs and New Media Development, reporting to the Chairman. In addition to his primary responsibility for contractual dealings with Sony's artistes, his portfolio included strategic management and the distribution of music in digital and other media. In his strategic role, he was a founding member of Sony's (Intercompany) Synergy Committee and represented Sony Music at the Music Industry Forum, chaired by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.

For several years, Dej was a visiting lecturer on the Commercial Music degree course at the University of Westminster and was Secretary of the UK Arts Council's African and Caribbean Music Circuit. He is a contributing author of 'Digitisation and the Music Industry' (International Association of Entertainment Lawyers), and became a Member of the Mayor's Creative Commission for London in 2002. Dej is also a Council Member and Trustee of the Royal Medical Foundation of Epsom College.

Dej is a graduate in law from Cambridge University and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Harmsworth Award winner.

As a co-venturer of the rights-owning Messiter Estate, AOB has licensed the format of
the long-running, Radio 4 panel-game show "Just-a-Minute" to BBC Television. Ten
episodes of the show have been specially recorded for TV broadcast by the BBC in
early 2012 to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the radio show - with multi-platform,
international exploitation to follow.

AOB client, Young Voices, stages the largest school choir concerts in the UK and is
now in its 15th anniversary year of concert tours, with dates at Manchester’s MEN
Arena (January) and four sold-out nights at London’s O2 Arena (March), featuring
mass choirs of up to 8,000 children.

Due to the economic turmoil and civil unrest in Greece, AOB was obliged to
abandon its advanced plans to co-promote and stage in Athens the 2011 World
Freerun Championships, in association with two multinational brand partners. Plans
for London 2012 will be announced as soon as finalised.

AOB is proud to be represented by one of its directors as a principal producer of the
new musical drama, "I DREAM" based on the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The
show enjoyed its World Premiere and a successful, independent run in Atlanta,
Georgia, USA, was recognised as the "2010 Outstanding World Premiere of a Play
or Musical" at Atlanta's annual, theatrical Suzi Bass Awards and has been in further
development for its next run in a major US city. Watch this space for forthcoming
productions and other ventures in 2012...
